Project Management/Study Startup
Feasibility assessments, budget negotiation, contracts submissions ethics and institutional approval submissions, regulatory document collection and preparation.
Collaboration and Communication
Coordinates with sponsors, monitors, CROs, investigators, and internal departments to facilitate smooth trial execution.
Participant recruitment and management
Screening, consenting, enrolment and following of study participants as per protocol. Scheduling study visits, administering interventions, study assessments, collecting and reporting participants data.
Data Collection
Source documentation and capture of study data on CRFs and EDC platforms.
Clinical Trial Financial Oversight
Comprehensive management of study finances, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
Ethics Support
